Short answers to the questions people ask us most.
- What this product actually does
When somebody asks ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini to recommend a business like yours, one of two things happens: your name comes up, or somebody else's does. We find out which, over and over, and show you the answers.
- Where the numbers come from
Every number here is built from checks. One check is one question, asked once, to one assistant, with the whole answer stored exactly as it came back.
- Why a number is missing
Below thirty answers in the period you are looking at, we show no percentage at all. A figure from a handful of answers moves for reasons that have nothing to do with your business, and a number that moves for no reason is worse than no number.
- What to fix first
Start with the questions where an assistant recommended somebody and it was not you. Those are the ones where a customer was ready to buy and went elsewhere.
- How we read your site
We fetch your pages the way an AI reader does, and we tell you what it finds hard. Pages that need JavaScript to show their text, pages with no clear heading, answers buried six paragraphs down: all of these make a page harder to quote, and being quotable is the whole game.
- Arabic and English
We ask in both, and we count them separately. The same business is often recommended in one language and invisible in the other, and an average across the two hides exactly the problem worth knowing about.
- Plans, limits and what happens at the edge
Each plan comes with a number of questions and a number of assistants. When you pass a limit we stop collecting new answers — we never delete anything you have already collected.
- Your data, and getting it back
Everything we collect about your business belongs to you. Ask us and we will send you all of it — every answer, every page we read, every change we made.
