Arabic and English

We ask in both, and we count them separately. The same business is often recommended in one language and invisible in the other, and an average across the two hides exactly the problem worth knowing about.

We count an answer as a mention of you whether it wrote your name in Arabic or in English, with or without “Al-”, and however your customers abbreviate it. If we are getting your name wrong, tell us and we will add the spelling.
