Words we use

Every term this product uses that you would not already know, with what it means.

How often AI recommends you
Out of every answer we collected to the questions your customers ask, how many named your business. We only show it once we have enough checks to mean something.
Your slice compared to competitors
The same count, side by side with the businesses you named as competitors, so you can see whether being named ten times is a lot or a little in your market.
Websites AI reads
The pages an AI assistant looked at before it answered. Some are yours; most are not. They are where its opinion of you comes from.
Hidden details that help AI understand your page
Notes we add to your page that a visitor never sees, telling an AI assistant plainly what the business is, where it is, and what it sells.
AI reader
The part of ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini that fetches a page and reads it. It is not a person and it does not wait: if your page is slow or blocked, it leaves without reading.
AI has read your page
An AI reader fetched this page and could make sense of it. Until that happens, nothing on the page can affect what any assistant says about you.
What AI says about you
The actual sentences assistants wrote about your business — good, bad or wrong. You can open every one of them and read it in full.
Questions where you’re missing
Questions your customers ask where an assistant recommended somebody, and it was not you. These are the ones worth fixing first.
Getting found in AI
Making your business one an AI assistant names when somebody asks it for a recommendation. It is not the same work as ranking in a search engine, and it is not the same result.
Recognising your name however it’s written
Counting an answer as a mention of you whether it wrote your name in English, in Arabic, with or without “Al-”, or as an abbreviation your customers use.
Customer question
One question, in the words a customer would actually use, that we ask assistants on your behalf — over and over, so a single lucky answer cannot move your numbers.
A check
One question, asked once, to one assistant, with the whole answer stored. Every number in this product is built from these, and you can open any of them.
Enough checks
Thirty answers in the period you are looking at. Below that we show no percentage at all, because a number from a handful of answers moves for reasons that are not about you.
The answer behind a number
The full text an assistant actually returned, stored exactly as it arrived, with the date and which assistant said it. Every number here links to one.
Read-only
You can open and read everything you collected, and nothing new is collected and nothing can be changed. Nothing is deleted while a workspace is read-only.
